Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

You can cancel / pause your subscription anytime. No hard feelings :) 

Just let us know at least 2 days before the cut off date. 

You can only pause your subscription for one month and it will automatically resume after that month. 

  

Can I change my subscription plan?

Yes, sure no problem. Just let us know at least 2 days before the cut-off date. 

  

When will I receive my coffee?

Expect to receive your coffee in the *beginning of each month. 

*If the expected delivery date falls under public holiday, we will move the delivery date a few days earlier. Don’t worry, we will notify you via email. 

  

When is the billing date?

Your billing date will be on the 15th of every month. If you want to cancel your subscription, just let us know at least 2 days before the cut off date. 

  

How do I change my delivery address?

Please send us an e-mail with your new information and we will change it for you. 

  

How do we pick the coffee?

We will ask our roasters to pick their house special coffee for you.  In Japan, filter drip is the most common way to brew coffee, therefore all our coffee beans are roasted for filter coffee.  

 

Can I reorder the same coffee from previous roasters?

We are glad that you enjoyed the coffee :) Send us a request and we will help to deal with the roaster. 

  

What is the shipping methods and cost?

For our Hong Kong customers - The shipping cost will be free*. 

*Free shipping applies to S.F. Express store, E.F. Locker, 7-11, Circle K and commercial address

*for residential address and remote area, there will be an additional surcharge between $20 to $30 collected by the carrier


For our mainland China customers - The shipping cost will be free.


For our Global customers - You can find the available country list and the estimated shipping cost from the cart summary page. International shipments vary depends on different countries, it might take as quick as 2 business days up to 10 business days.
